The interstitial ad units, which the company began offering through its acquisition of Unicast, play from the user's browser cache, so the ads are only shown after they've been completely loaded. Advertisers are billed only for ads that play.
Viewpoint records the ad play/impression and all interaction and click data and reports to the advertiser, agency, Web site and appropriate third party.
