Sitestat

Sitestat is a software package that measures visitor information on professional, high-traffic Web sites without using server logs.

The product offers detailed information relating to the efficiency of a site's online content. The program's goal is to tell Webmasters who their visitors are, what they do on their sites, where they come from, and where they go.

All Sitestat information is passed on in a clearly organized manner and uses only a portion of the drive space that server log programs use. For a Web site with 1,000 page views per day, Webmasters gather about 1MB of server log files; for a site with 10,000 visitors, it would be 10MB. Sitestat would need only 25K and 140K, respectively to store this information.
