Epsilon Interactive hired Ted Wham as senior VP and general manager of European operations. Wham was GM of personalized content and communication at Expedia and a director of database marketing for Hotwire.com.


The Online Publishers Association made Pam Horan its president. Horan has been acting president at OPA since January, and was previously the organization's VP of marketing and membership. She joined from Zinio Systems.


Disney is using rich media ad technology from Interpolls to promote its new Pixar-created animated feature "Cars." Visitors to Yahoo Movies will experience interactions between multiple ad placements on the same Web pages.


Interactive marketing firm NeboWeb hired Jason Buff as creative director. Buff was previously creative director at Web design firm Orotech.


Aprimo hired Michael Nelson as chief financial officer. Most recently, Nelson managed merger and acquisition efforts at Click Commerce.
