ExpoTV named David Rubinstein VP of media sales. Rubinstein will be responsible for interactive media, sponsorship, and cable video on demand sales. He was previously senior category director at Yahoo.

Jameson's St. Patrick's Day mobile marketing campaign will be powered by Hip Cricket. The whiskey brand will send Irish toasts via text messages to bar goers on March 16 and 17.

Right Media signed a multi-year agreement with .FOX Networks. The multi-territory agreement will power and expand .FOX's ad business.

U.K.-based interactive agency Steak set up a New York office. Its first U.S. clients include French Connection, Myla, and mobile community FunkySexyCool.

Kelly Roark joined FrontDoor.com as VP of interactive sales and development. Roark was previously VP of industry development for real estate search engine Trulia.com, and headed sales and marketing for Inman News before that.

China's video-sharing Web site Youku will partner with MySpace China for local.
