Evolution Bureau (EVB) built a site for VSP Vision Care. It uses Facebook Connect to offer personalized fortunes based on visitor's profiles. "The Great Bernie" campaign is supported by Facebook and Twitter profiles.

Razorfish named three managing directors in its New York office. Barbara Ward Thall is now managing director, media and marketing; Domenic Venuto is managing director, client solutions; and Missy Foristall is managing director, experience and platforms.

Buddy Media has promoted Jeff Ragovin to chief revenue officer and hired David Honig as VP of platform sales. Ragovin was previously Buddy Media's VP of sales and development, and Honig was a founder of Media6Degrees.

Stardoll, a teen community and fashion site, named three sales execs. Alison Stager becomes East Coast sales director in New York; Sue Picard joins as Midwest sales director in Chicago; and Christina Tom was promoted to VP West Coast ad sales and marketing.
