In this video, Gio and I continue our discussion on where the mobile web is today, and where it's going. Specifically, we talk about the biggest mistakes that businesses make with regard to their mobile strategy, whether hardware matters in delivering a successful mobile user experience, and finally, why digital engagement is an asset.
