Recently, I sat down with Federal News Radio Host John Gilroy to discuss how federal agencies are integrating mobile into their communications and constituent services strategies. Of course, since John's a DC-based radio rock star - of Federal News Radio and Kojo Nnamdi's Tech Tuesday fame - he flipped the script and turned the interviewer (me) into the interviewee. Specifically, John posed questions about my recent speaking engagement at the Government Web and New Media Conference, as well as how to design for multiple devices, how to incorporate content into websites that use mobile web technology, and more. I emphasize the importance of search and the development of a content management system for federal agencies looking to create a mobile experience.
