I recently met up for a second time with Federal News Radio Host John Gilroy; this time to discuss specific ways government agencies can benefit from integrating a mobile strategy into their constituent services. Specifically, we talked about how and why mobile strategies can reduce an agency's costs, provided advice to those of you who think their agency doesn't need a mobile channel, debated mobile security issues between platforms, and opined on the most recent news with Google, HP, Web OS, and Amazon's own flavor of Android, which will be released as a tablet device.
