1. Tablets will play an increasingly important role particularly with cloud-based entertainment on the go. 2. Consumers will increasingly opt out of social apps due to spam across different social platforms. 3. Data mining will be in demand as clients continue to be bombarded with data dumb. They will look for companies that will provide data intelligence that is meaningful for their businesses.

He holds a B.S. in physics, a post graduate diploma in computer applications from MS University of Baroda in India, and a post graduate diploma in advertising and communications management from NMIMS Mumbai in India.
