Time Inc. taps Quigo; aQuantive hires two VPs; Kevin Ryan joins SEW & SES.

Time Inc. picked Quigo for text-based pay-for-performance advertising. The media company will use Quigo's AdSonar platform for performance advertising across Time Inc.'s digital brands.

Incisive Media hired Kevin Ryan as vice president, global content for Search Engine Strategies & Search Engine Watch. Ryan previously held several jobs in the search marketing sector and was search editor iMedia Communications. In addition to his responsibilities on SES he will write a regular column for Search Engine Watch.

aQuantive appointed two vice presidents. The digital marketing company named Tom Woods as vice president of business planning and analysis and Tom Phillips as vice president of communications.

R/GA hired Luane Kohnke as managing director of data intelligence. The digital agency hired Kohnke from a position as senior vice president, strategic services at Wunderman New York.

Hachette Filipacchi Media's Men’s Enthusiast Network promoted Robert Ames to vice president and general manager, Digital Automotive Group. The former VP and marketing director for Men’s Enthusiast Network will now liaise with newly-acquired Jumpstart Automotive Media.

Frontier Airlines named Nurun as its interactive agency of record. Nurun will work with the Denver-based international airline to enhance its online presence.

McCormick & Company selected Studiocom as interactive agency of record. The spice company will use Studiocom to provide interactive services for the remainder of 2007 and 2008.

ScanScout hired two execs. The video advertising firm hired Tom Bosco as director of sales, East, and Wilma McDaniel as director of marketing.

Ipsh! named Bryon Morrison president. The Omnicom-owned mobile marketing firm hired Morrison from Javelin Direct, another Omnicom agency, where he served as vice president of sales and marketing.

Double Fusion signed with two gaming companies. The in-game ad network was chosen to supply ads to online game publisher ijji.com and Gala-Net's Upshift StrikeRacer, an online multiplayer car combat and racing game.

Centro hired Colleen Callinan as an account executive. The provider of local interactive media services hired Callinan from Cincinnati.com, where she was a dedicated online account executive.

Fox News named Ray Hennessey managing editor and director of the Fox Business Channel Web site. Hennessey was the editor of SmartMoney.com, where he was responsible for all the financial editorial content, television operations and technology.

Wayport and Yahoo partnered on a localized Wi-Fi portal for the hospitality industry. Local services will be provided by Yahoo. Wayport will gain revenue from Yahoo’s sponsored search, display advertising, and shopping services, which it will share with hotels.

BlogTalkRadio named Lisa Padilla VP of marketing. Padilla was a consultant for clients including Yahoo, Philips Electronics, EMI, AOL, Netgear and Marriott.
