Heavy Corporation hired three execs. The online video company and ad network named Eric Hadley CMO, Scott Penberthy CTO, and Todd Sloan CFO. Hadley was general manager of Microsoft's MSN Network, Penberthy was vice president of engineering for Photobucket, and Sloan was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Nielsen NetRatings.
AzoogleAds hired Michael Sprouse as chief marketing officer. The online marketing solutions company hired Sprouse from a position as senior vice president of marketing at Playboy Enterprises.
4INFO named Alex Baxter vice president of sales. The SMS/text publishing and advertising company hired Baxter from his position as managing director of interactive media at Wenner Media, where he responsible for building and re-launching Web sites for Rolling Stone and US Weekly magazine.
EPrize promoted Nathan Hughes and Gayle Taub to vice president positions. The interactive promotions company promoted Hughes from director of development to vice president, development and Taub from art director to vice president, creative.
JumpTV appointed William Stephen to head of global sales. The international and sports television over the Internet provider hired Stephen from LAT34.com where he was senior vice president for sales and strategy.
Opt-Intelligence hired Paul Fusco as chief revenue officer. The opt-in advertising company created the position for Fusco, who was previously vice president at Oberon Media.
Kiptronic named Bill Loewenthal president and CEO. The downloadable media platform provider also named Loewenthal to its board of directors.
British business class carrier Silverjet selected Active International as its agency of record.

Washingtonpost.com selected SideStep for its travel search capabilities. The online media outlet will use SideStep's search box for travel search information including airline, hotel and car rental locations.
IKitchen selected ClearSaleing to track, manage and optimize all of its online advertising sources. The online retailer will use the ClearSaleing Profit Maximizer for its Internet advertising initiatives.
