Jake Winebaum has left his position as president of RHD interactive (RHDi) for R.H. Donnelley. The founder of Business.com joined local commercial search company as part of the acquisition of Business.com in July of 2007. Winebaum will remain as an advisor to the company and as a member of the RHDi advisory board.

Fox News Radio tapped Kiptronic to provide dynamic ad insertion for its online audio content. Programming includes the Fox News Radio Newscast, The Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly and the Alan Colmes Radio Show.

Bazaarvoice appointed Andy Maag vice president of engineering. The hosted social commerce technology provider also signed Zales as a client. The jewelry retailer will use Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews on its Web site.

Sapient created a new site at OneHen.org to promote a new book on Microfinance by Katie Smith Milway, published by Bain & Company, Opportunity International. The site aims to educate children and adults on the concept of microfinance.
