European online ad network ad pepper media and Swiss publishing firm Ringier AG have formed a joint venture to be called ad pepper media Switzerland.
Ringier AG's wholly owned subsidiary, Ringier Webanzeigen, will be rolled into the new ad network, which will serve the Swiss online market.
The new company will start off by marketing Ringier AG's Web properties, and will be working to add new Web sites to the network.
"This venture represents a further, and very significant, step in the build-out of a strong international presence for ad pepper media," says Ulrich Schmidt, chairman of ad pepper media.
"The premium quality range of world class Swiss Web properties Ringier offers will bring new depth to the ad pepper media Web site portfolio, underscoring the fast growth we are experiencing."
