Online marketing solutions provider, ReachLocal, has announced the expansion of its services to the U.K. market. From premises in London, ReachLocal will offer search campaign planning and optimization to help drive customer leads for small and medium businesses.
Andrew Bagguley, former head of mobile strategy at News Corp-owned News International, has been hired to oversee the development of Guardian News & Media's mobile offering. At News International, Bagguley was involved with mobile sites for The Sun and the News of the World, and helped implement mobile QR code technology.<.p>
Ipswich, England-based video ad tech firm Real Time Content has established a new U.S. headquarters in New York.
