Organic hires Kerho from Nissan; AOL deploys Quigo on its own sites; Heavy gets heavier by six execs.

Organic hired Steve Kerho as vice president of analytics, media, and marketing optimization. Before joining the agency, Kerho was director of interactive marketing and media for Nissan North America.

AOL will use Quigo’s AdSonar platform across several of its properties. A wholly-owned division of AOL and a Platform A company acquired last November, Quigo will provide text-based, pay-for-performance advertising services on properties including AOL Sports, News, Money & Finance, Entertainment and others.

Heavy hired six execs. The owner of Heavy.com and video ad network Husky Network named Tommy Pizzo senior territory manager; Rober Koshar VP ad operations; Tony Biel director of sales, Western region; Doug Schirle, director of sales, Western region; and Lindsey Klein, director of sales, Eastern region for Heavy.com. Anthony Katsur was also named COO of Husky Network.

RockYou selected Consorte Media to represent its Hispanic traffic. The developer and publisher of widgets and applications will use the online marketing firm to represent ads on its Web site and Facebook app network.

ScanScout hired five execs. The video advertising technology firm named Cliff Paulson, director, Eastern sales; Billy Fox, Eastern region sales executive; Marc Mallett, Eastern region sales executive; Dave Young, Western region sales executive; and Jeff Dawes, senior account executive / publisher services.

The Laredo Group acquired LearningCraft. The consulting firm purchased the media development training company for an undisclosed sum. Rob Graham, CEO of LearningCraft, will join The Laredo Group as vice president of creative & technical training.

BlackArrow named Larry Kramer chairman of its board. Kramer is the founder of Marketwatch. The provider of multiplatform ad management systems for viewer-controlled video also hired Tracy Martin as chief financial officer.

Stardoll named Christina Tom senior account executive. The Web site for girls hired Tom from a position as director of sales for United Online.

Powered promoted Mark Drosos to chief revenue officer. Drosos was previously vice president of client services and content development at the social commerce application provider.
