Novus hires ad executive to lead digital strategy. John Hoeft was given the new role at media agency Novus of vice president of digital strategy. He spent nearly a decade at MediaNews Group where most recently he was corporate vice president of online and interactive sales. At Novus, he will contribute to the development of digital programs, products, and services.
Efficient Frontier hires former Yahoo executive. Justin Merickel was named vice president of marketing and new product development at the search engine marketing agency. He worked at Yahoo for almost five years, where he served as managing director, category development. At Yahoo Merickel focused on building revenue from performance marketers across both search and display advertising.
Mogulus adds Adap.tv plug-in to aid monetization. Internet broadcast platform Mogulus added the Adap.tv plug-in to help its customers generate revenue from their streaming video Webcasts.
