Phoenix, AZ-based FutureOne Inc. completed its acquisition of Ubiquity Design LLC, dba Rocket Science Creative, in an all-stock deal.
Rocket Science Creative is a full service graphic design agency specializing in advertising and promotion design, collateral advertising design, display design, publication design and Web design. Financial specifics were not disclosed.
"Rocket Science Creative is another strategic addition to our Internet based communications company," Kendall Northern, FutureOne's president and CEO, said. This acquisition will allow us to offer more products and services to a much broader range of Internet and commercial customers. They will broaden our ability to offer effective e-commerce solutions for businesses.
