Avenue A | Razorfish promoted Colin Kinsella to president of the West Region. Kinella will be responsible for leading all operations in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He replaces the previous president, Darin Brown, who will remain with the company to focus on business development.
Boys & Girls Clubs of America named McCann Worldgroup San Francisco as its agency of record. McCann will provide the work pro-bono with COO Joe Burton serving as account lead.
TheStreet.com named Steven Elkes as its first chief revenue officer and executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The provider of financial commentary, analysis, research, news, and ratings created the position for Elkes, who was most recently the chief financial officer of Azoogle, where he oversaw the financial, legal and human resources functions in addition to M&A activities.
Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions has partnered with social networking Web site Piczo. The partnership combines MDAS' consumer audience (including MSN) with Piczo's access to the UK teen market. Under the terms of the deal, Microsoft will be Piczo's exclusive UK ad sales partner across all communication formats and market categories.
MobileLime has merged with Cuesol. The mobile relationship marketing company's merger with the provider of interactive shopping, marketing and self-service solutions for grocers will combine MobileLime's mobile rewards and payment platform with Cuesol's range of Web, kiosk, and shopping cart solutions.
