Avenue A / Razorfish promotes Kinsella; TheStreet.com creates a CRO position; Boys & Girls Clubs of America gets free work from McCann Worldgroup San Francisco.

Avenue A | Razorfish promoted Colin Kinsella to president of the West Region. Kinella will be responsible for leading all operations in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He replaces the previous president, Darin Brown, who will remain with the company to focus on business development.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America named McCann Worldgroup San Francisco as its agency of record. McCann will provide the work pro-bono with COO Joe Burton serving as account lead.

TheStreet.com named Steven Elkes as its first chief revenue officer and executive vice president of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The provider of financial commentary, analysis, research, news, and ratings created the position for Elkes, who was most recently the chief financial officer of Azoogle, where he oversaw the financial, legal and human resources functions in addition to M&A activities.

Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions has partnered with social networking Web site Piczo. The partnership combines MDAS' consumer audience (including MSN) with Piczo's access to the UK teen market. Under the terms of the deal, Microsoft will be Piczo's exclusive UK ad sales partner across all communication formats and market categories.

MobileLime has merged with Cuesol. The mobile relationship marketing company's merger with the provider of interactive shopping, marketing and self-service solutions for grocers will combine MobileLime's mobile rewards and payment platform with Cuesol's range of Web, kiosk, and shopping cart solutions.

Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. promoted Dan Lawrence to VP/group general manager. Lawrence reports to SVP/CFO Antoine de Noyer.

Hancock's of Paducah selects Bronto Software. The online fabric retailer selected Bronto's email marketing solution to manage and grow its e-mail marketing program.

Forbes.com expands its relationship with ForeSee Results. The online customer satisfaction management firm is measuring online customer satisfaction for three Forbes Web sites: Forbes.com, Forbesautos.com, and Forbestraveler.com.

Horizon Interactive adds eight execs in New York. The digital arm of media services agency Horizon Media, has hired Kristen Kelly account management supervisor, Jim Pasqualone as senior search marketing manager, Carol Song as search marketing coordinator, Will Restrepo as campaign management supervisor, John Poor and Jenna Beatty as media planners, NaLene Jones as an e-mail deployment manager, and Blake Eisler as account manager.

Gorilla Nation taps Andrew Macaulay as account executive. The online ad rep firm tasked Macaulay to lead GNhealth market sales, the latest of 25 vertical markets initiatives for the firm.

Captivate Network hires two executives. The digital at-work news and entertainment network hired Paul Dean as vice president of sales, Midwest region and Sheri Taylor Gilchrist as the vice president of marketing and programming.
