Podcast: ClickZ's Kate Kaye on Digital Politics Radio

  |  October 15, 2010   |  Comments

Earlier this week, ClickZ Senior Editor Kate Kaye joined Karen Jagoda, host of wsRadio.com's Digital Politics Radio, to talk - yes, you guessed it - digital politics. Jagoda, president of E-Voter Institute, resides in California, where GOP gubernatorial hopeful Meg Whitman has run some eye-catching online ad efforts of late. The two discussed her campaign, agreeing it could prove to be a unique case study in sophisticated digital political advertising.

The two also chatted about the value of Facebook and Twitter for candidates. Does the follower number horse race have any effect on election campaigns?

Finally, the conversation turned to an important issue for all online advertisers: the industry's behavioral targeting and privacy self-regulation. What's behind the headlines? Kaye provides an insider's perspective.
