Antony Young Named CEO of Mindshare N.A.; New Blood at MediaSmith NY

Antony Young Named CEO of Mindshare North America. Previously U.S. CEO of Optimedia, Young takes the reins at Mindshare N.A. from Phil Cowdell, who was appointed chairman after two years as chief executive.

Also at Mindshare N.A., Geoffrey Greenblatt was named director of gaming. He was formerly associate director, gaming strategy for Mindshare Interaction.

MediaSmith Appoints Preston Bealle to New York Post. Bealle was already a board member of the San Francisco-based media agency. He'll now work full-time basis as SVP, director, New York, a role with national business development responsibility. His agency experience includes time at JWT New York and Saatchi New York.

New CEO of GroupM Entertainment & Sports Partnerships. Bryce Townsend will head up the media agency network's entertainment and sports consultancy. He succeeds Greg Luckman, who has left for CAA Sports, a unit of Creative Artists Agency.
