New creatives join Tribal and Eleven in SF; Responsys opens doors in Munich.

Tribal DDB SF Names New Executive Creative Director The New York based global advertising agency has appointed Keith Ciampa as the new executive creative director for its San Francisco branch where he will be responsible for overseeing all digital work produced in the office for clients like Intel, Clorox and Microsoft. Ciampa joins Tribal DDP after working on the Yahoo! and Sprint accounts at Goodby, Silverstein and Partners for two years and serving as CD at McKinney prior to that.

Responsys Opens Munich Office Email and cross-channel marketing solutions provider Responsys has opened a new office in Munich, Germany. The company expects the large Internet population in the country to help strengthen its network.

Eleven Hires Mdavid Low as Creative Technologist Creative marketing agency Eleven Inc. announced that MDavid Low will be filling the newly created position of creative technologist in San Francisco. The position will require Low to act as a combination of tech director, art director and producer for the company. Low previously served as the senior integrated producer at BKWLD in Sacramento.

Brolik Expands Business Development Team The branding and interactive agency based in Philadelphia has added Matt Segal to its business development team. Segal will be responsible for fostering future client relationships. With 12 years of marketing experience, Segal currently acts as committee chair for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and is on the board of the David B. Weiss Memorial Foundation.

AppNexus Opens Seattle Office The real-time ad platform has announced the recent opening of its Seattle office and the hiring of its first employee, Dave Osborn, who will serve as VP, Strategic Accounts where he will be responsible for fostering relationships with large Internet companies worldwide. Osborn joins AppNexus after serving as SVP at Nielsen where he was responsible for the company’s global relationship with Microsoft.
