Minna Rhee replaces Al DiGuido at Zeta; Organic promotes two; CP+B names top digital creative; and more.
Zeta Interactive Parts With Founding CEO. Al DiGuido is moving on after four years at the digital agency’s helm. He is replaced by Minna Rhee. Rhee joins from Organic, where she oversaw growth for the NYC and London offices. Earlier, she was a VP and general manager for Viant, a full-service digital agency.
Organic Promotes Mancuso and McKinney. Brad Mancuso, previously executive creative director, is named group CD, and Andy McKinney, previously executive director of engagement, becomes VP. Both were involved in a chilling campaign for Meth Project. Organic’s on a bit of a roll, having recently added Hartford and Nike as clients.
Crispin Porter + Bogusky Names Digital Creative Director. Tom Markham (left) joined from Lowe Worldwide, where he was global digital creative director. He’ll be the agency’s top-most “hands on” digital creative.
LBi Names Director of Media. Based in New York, Christine Peterson will seek to grow the agency’s display, social, and search media services. Clients include Seamless, J&J, Dyson, MoneyGram International, and Focus Features. She joins from Publicis Modem.
Fallout at Publicis Modem. Fallout continues from the dissolution of the digital agency’s management structure. Former Managing Diretor Hyo Young Yeon has left the agency after less than a year. She joins Fjord as president of the digital design consultancy’s U.S. offices. To replace her, Publicis Modem hired a managing director, Brian Skahan, in New York. Meanwhile, the agency’s influential top creative on the LG account, Damian Claassens, left to become head of creative at Profero New York.
Twitter Hires UK Sales Director. Bruce Daisley joins from Google, where he ran the U.K. sales organization, including YouTube and the display ad network. He is @brucedaisley on Twitter.
MRM Princeton Adds Senior Staff. The digital and direct agency named Gretchen Ramsey as VP, strategy and business development; Ben Playford (a transfer from MRM’s Toronto office) as interaction lead; and Erin Anderson as project manager.
DBG Gets VP of Content Development. Matt Baxter, a former exec at Omnicom and Disney Interactive Media Group, will lead the ad network-cum-production studio’s content initiatives.
DailyCandy Adds VP, Ad Sales Fernando Romero was managing director of national partnerships at Gilt City.
