Steven Thibodeau moves on from KBS+P; Pereira & O'Dell splits with University of Phoenix.

steven-thibodeauSteven Thibodeau Leaves KBS+P. Thibodeau was chief digital officer at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, as well as president of its direct and interactive agency Dotglu. According to an agency spokesperson, "He felt that after 11 years, he had built the digital presence at KBS+P…and it was time to focus on other things." Those other things include the non-profit group LOVE, which Thibodeau co-founded with his wife several years ago. AgencySpy first reported his exit.

Pereira & O'Dell Splits With University of Phoenix. The two will still work together through 2012 on production of The Phoenix Lecture Series. "We've won several new accounts so this will not affect staff or our growth," a spokesperson said.

Arby's Taps Crispin Porter + Bogusky. CP+B's Miami office succeeds BBDO as national advertising and digital agency of record for the fast feeder. The assignment was granted without a review.

Horizon Media Hires Stan Fields as EVP/Managing Partner. Fields will manage a portfolio that includes new client Siemens Enterprise Communications. Most recently he was a managing director at MediaVest Worldwide, working on Heineken and Wendy's.
