ClickZ's Kate Kaye chatted with Adam Pace, GOP candidate for Minnesota District 28A, outside the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL. Pace needed to reach a fundraising threshold to qualify for public campaign funding. After weeks of traditional methods, he reached his fundraising goal with Facebook ads.
