Chris Cobb, creative director at SapientNitro talks to ClickZ at South By Southwest (it has taken a while to get this video up but we loved what SapientNitro were doing so much that we still wanted to share with you!) about some of the work the agency has been doing recently.

Cobb says that there has been a focus on pushing clients to incorporate digital into physical spaces.

He also gives details on SapientNitro’s ‘Summit Outfitters’ – the fictitious retail brand set-up to bring a user’s journey to life.
