VIDEO: What Should Digital Marketers be Focused on in 2014?

Greater investment in video and mobile, as well as a stronger customer journey through better story telling are just some of the recommendations from our industry experts on key focal points for 2014.

As we look ahead to the new year, ClickZ asked a number of industry experts (including the president of global marketing and innovation at Dunkin’ Donuts, the global chief marketing officer at Havas Worldwide, and the vice president of sales and marketing at Buzzfeed, to name but a few!) what they believe all digital marketers should be focusing on in order to achieve maximum ROI in 2014. Here’s what they came up with:


Melanie White

Melanie White is the Editor of ClickZ, where she has worked since July 2012. White has been with Incisive Media (ClickZ's parent company) since 2009 where she was Deputy Editor/ US Editor for one of the financial risk management titles, International Custody and Fund Administration (later Custody Risk).

In addition, White worked on FX Week where she was a Senior Reporter. She has also worked and contributed to a number of other titles, including The Accountant, International Accounting Bulletin, the New York Post, Independent Magazine (UK), as well as the broadcast title Sunday Live with Adam Boulton at Sky News.
