Euro RSCG 4D New York promoted Alex Bombeck from chief strategy officer to president of digital, a newly created post. He'll oversee digital operations for six East coast cities and Portland, Oregon. He was most recently the agency's chief strategy officer. Euro RSCG 4D last week hired two director-level staffers.


The New York Times Company promoted Lauren Chacon and Lisa DeSisto to VP of advertising in its New England Media Group. The Northeast regional publishing arm includes The Boston Globe and Boston.com.


Software firm Zilliant tapped Skylist to handle its email marketing efforts. The client intends to automate its customer acquisition and retention programs, including corporate newsletters and personalized mailings.
