Less than 150,000, or 1 percent, of the households in the Philippines have Internet access, according to Web Philippines Inc. More than half (57 percent) of the nation’s Internet users are male, two-thirds are single with 4-5 people in their household, and 80 percent have finished at least an undergraduate college course.
