European ad network ad pepper media international has acquired Web Media Sweden, a Swedish online media sales company that represents about 40 sites generating more than 40 million impressions per month.
The company will change its name to ad pepper media Sweden and will continue to be headed by Web Media Sweden’s existing management team. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Web Media’s understanding of the needs of the Swedish market will ensure that ad pepper media Sweden is able to provide Web sites and advertisers with services and solutions tailored to meet their local requirements” said Niels Nuessler, director Northern Europe for ad pepper media Nordic.
“This acquisition solidifies ad pepper media’s position in the Scandinavian market and heralds our commitment to establishing our operations across all of Europe” said Ulrich Schmidt, chairman of ad pepper media International. ad pepper operates 12 offices in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Denmark. The company represents more than 200 European sites generating more than 230 million ad impressions per month.
