AdBrite’s developed a new image tag that lets publishers enhance their photos with a watermark logo, community features and ads. The ads, text links at the top of images that expand when rolled over, are optional to publishers. Those who do opt in to receive them will have the inventory trafficked and served through AdBrite’s network.
How it works: BritePic replaces the standard tag with enhanced code enabling interactive features like roll-over captions, image zoom, “e-mail image” and “embed image.” (via TechCrunch)
