AdForce Inc., a provider of centralized, outsourced ad management and delivery services signed an agreement that makes it the primary ad-serving company for the Adsmart Network. Financials were not disclosed.
The Adsmart Network is comprised of more than 300 Web sites totaling over 1.8 billion monthly impressions.
“Our goal is to be the premier solution for professional advertising sales, targeting technologies and innovative marketing solutions for Internet publishers and advertisers,” said John Federman, Chairman and CEO of Adsmart. “AdForce’s ad-serving technology helps us meet that goal.”
Said Chuck Berger, CEO of AdForce: “Our recent partnership with Adsmart’s sister company Engage allows us to deliver advanced data collection and targeting capabilities. For Adsmart’s customers, this relationship means more targeted and effective ad campaigns.”
