AdForce Launches Operations in Asia

Centralized ad management and delivery services company AdForce Inc. launched AdForce Asia, headquartered in Hong Kong.

AdForce Asia will provide centralized ad serving infrastructure through centers in Hong Kong and Beijing to serve targeted, online ads to Web users across Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, Taiwan and Singapore.

Initial client sites include SINA.com, 24/7 Media Asia and Compuserve Consultants Ltd., the company said.

AdForce Asia will also provide local customer support for advertising campaign definition, targeting and results measurement.

“The formation of AdForce Asia recognizes the importance of the Asian Internet economy and is intended to help us capitalize on this rapidly expanding market,” said Chuck Berger, CEO of AdForce.

“By extending our reach throughout Asia, the world’s most populated continent, we have opened up major marketing and advertising opportunities for our growing global customer base.”

“With AdForce’s centralized ad serving system, SINA.com will now be able to deliver online advertising to our highly focused global audience with targeting capabilities which extend to the regional level,” said Jim Sha, CEO of SINA.com.

“We have expanded our relationship with AdForce to include Asia because we are confident in their technology and their responsive customer service,” said Patrick Jonathan Wong, deputy managing director of 24/7 Media Asia.
