Palo Alto, CA-based AdKnowledge, a provider of Internet marketing solutions for advertisers, agencies and Web publishers, promoted Roberta Greenspan to vice president of client services and hired Michele Schott as director of marketing communications.
Over the past year Greenspan has directed the account management team at AdKnowledge. In her new role, Greenspan will direct all front-line account management and back-end operations activities for AdKnowledge services.
Schott will oversee all external company communication efforts involving advertising, direct mail, trade shows, product-specific sales collateral, the company Web site and public relations. Prior to joining AdKnowledge, Schott was marketing director at Pacific Bell Video Services and managed the company’s customer acquisition and retention programs.
AdKnowledge products include: MarketMatch Pro, a suite for Web media planning and campaign management; SmartBanner, an independent campaign placement and performance analysis service for marketers and ad agencies; and ClickWise, an onsite or outsourced ad management solution for Web sites and networks.
