AdKnowledge Inc. of Palo Alto, CA,said it closed a round of financing from existing investors Kleiner PerkinsCaufield & Byers and Mayfield Fund, and new investor Walden Media andInformation Technology Fund.

AdKnowledgeInc. of Palo Alto, CA, said it closed a round of financing from existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Mayfield Fund, and new investor Walden Media and Information Technology Fund.

Privately held AdKnowledge develops and markets a suite of Web advertising management products and services for marketers, agencies and Web publishers.

“Our continuing enthusiastic support of AdKnowledge is testament to the fact that this company is in the right market, at the right time, with the right products,” said Russ Siegelman, partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers

“We’re delighted to be joining the AdKnowledge family,” said Steve Eskenazi, general partner of Walden, who joins the AdKnowledge board of directors along with Siegelman and Yogen Dalal of Mayfield.

AdKnowledge products include MarketMatch Pro, SmartBanner, and ClickWise.
