San Francisco-based AllApartments.com signed an exclusive partnership deal with CORT Business Services Corp. to use its 500 person salesforce to market AllApartments to apartment property managers nationwide.
CORT will also be featured as the exclusive furniture rental provider on the AllApartments’ site. In addition, CORT has made an unspecified investment in AllApartments and Steve Jobes, CORT’s vice president of marketing, sales, merchandising and national accounts, joins the board of directors.
AllApartments offers apartment seekers ad listings for more than five and a half million units in over 35,000 apartment communities. Under the agreement, CORT and AllApartments will help property managers advertise their apartment communities on the Internet, with the option of including multiple floor plans and detailed information.
“This partnership is a win-win for both companies. We are so confident in AllApartments’ abilities that we not only partnered with them, but invested in them as well,” said Steve Jobes. “We’re pleased to join together with AllApartments to provide our apartment partners and management companies with this added value service. Currently, 28 million households nationwide access the Internet and view more than 15 million Web pages monthly in the apartment category alone. We are excited to be a part of this unique, expanding resource.”
