American Domains Remain Popular in Europe

The latest European Internet site ratings from MMXI Europe found American Web operations are still among the most popular Web destinations abroad.

According to the latest European Internet audience measurement from MMXI Europe, French Internet users have caught up with the UK in terms of average days of use per person during the month of November, 1999: 8.6 days in France and 8.8 days in the UK.

French users also spent more time using the Internet and Digital Media: 204 minutes in November (+8 percent) versus 189 minutes per user on average in October. German use, in terms of Internet and Digital Media was lower in November.
