The report states that multichannel analytics providers help businesses to organize their customer interaction data, which is gathered from various sources such as the web and mobile. This data has already became the secret weapon of marketers planning ecommerce business strategies. According to the report, the market is expected to grow exponentially in upcoming years.

A further publication by Raab Associates estimates that Customer Data Platforms (CDP) will reach $1 billion in revenue by 2019.
