What do you want to be remembered for?
Personally, giving my daughter the best opportunities to achieve her dreams. Professionally, building a successful business that operates with high integrity.
What’s your favourite quote?
Scottish theologian, Ian Maclaren, once advised, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” I have my own version, which is slightly more colourful.
What makes you wake up in the morning?
Other than my two-year-old daughter? We are building a business that is going into hyper-growth, so my days are packed. I really enjoy getting into the office early and getting stuff done when it’s quiet.
Who’s your biggest inspiration?
Personally, my father, he taught me a lot. Professionally, the people I work with on a daily basis as I never stop learning from them.
What’s going to be big in marketing this year?
TV Programmatic is going to blow up in 2015.
What’s your least favourite “buzz word”?
Native…it doesn’t mean anything.
What was your favourite digital campaign from 2014?
Can I cheat and reference the Upgrade Challenge that Air France has just launched? It’s very cool.
