BroadVision allows businesses to tailor Internet, intranet and extranet site content to the needs and interests of individual users by personalizing each interaction on a real-time basis.
CGN will be responsible for developing and launching a brand awareness campaign beginning this fall including corporate positioning, print, collateral and online media.
CGN will also be responsible for rebuilding the BroadVision Web site to demonstrate the benefits of BroadVision to visitors.
“We feel that the quality of CGN’s creative work and its in-depth understanding of the strategic importance of our technology to creating category-leading, personalized Web sites made them the best choice for building our brand,” said Sandra Vaughan, vice president of marketing at BroadVision.
CGN, with projected 1999 capitalized billings of $50 million, was acquired in March by Epsilon Data Management of Burlington, MA and runs as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
