Our readers follow email very closely. Many of you noticed ClickZ newsletters changed recently. You’re right, they did. We just switched email providers.
How does this affect you? Well, if your email client or spam filter is set to manage the “old” ClickZ newsletters, a tweak or two is probably in order. Newsletters are no longer sent from an “@clickz.com” address. If yours has been landing in the wrong folder recently, that’s probably the reason.
Click on the address in the newsletter sender field. There’s a string of letters and numbers, followed by “@nl.internet.com.” All newsletters are now sent from that domain. You might need to tell your IT staff to add the domain to the exceptions list if your company has rigid filtering in place.
The string of text preceding the domain is your own unique subscription ID. Scroll to the bottom of the newsletter. There are options for you to manage all your subscriptions with us with a single click, request newsletter help, or unsubscribe.
Changing our newsletters required a lot of work on our part. It may require a little effort from you, too, if you have lots of email rules in place. We think our newsletters and reader service will be the better for it.
