Epstein had been senior vice president at CUC International prior to that company’s merger with HFS to become Cendant Corp. He was responsible for CUC’s corporate development activities and acquisitions, as well as directing strategy, finance, and operations for AutoVantage, a leading Internet automotive site.

Prior to joining CUC, Epstein was chief financial officer at King World Productions, a television programming distributor (“Wheel of Fortune,” “Jeopardy,” “Oprah”) for six years.
