The ADSDAQ Network includes more than 2,500 small to medium sites and generates more than 35 million ad impressions a month. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The @dVenture Network is VentureDirect Worldwide’s Internet advertising network of more than 2,600 Web sites. It claims more than 350 million impressions monthly.
