Execs & Accounts: David Moore, 24/7, Organic

David Moore from 24/7 Real Media steps down as CEO.Moore plans to continue as chairman while playing a larger role in strategy and business development. He has served as founder, chairman, and CEO of 24/7 Real Media for nearly 12 years. Jonathan Hsu will take on the role as CEO. HSU previously served as the company’s EVP and COO, and has been responsible for global operations. 24/7 Real Media is a unit of WPP.

Organic promoted Conor Brady to vice president of creative. Brady’s previous position was executive creative director. He will oversee all Organic clients for the Organic brand. Previously Brady was responsible for work on behalf of Bank of America, Equinox Fitness, and a handful of other clients.

Minneapolis-based creative agency space150 employed Marcus Fischer as vice president of account planning. Fischer has worked in account planning for over a decade, and was most recently at Carmichael Lynch, where he spent four years as the group planning director. Fischer also spent three years at Fallon on the account planning team. He was also a founding partner of One for All, an ad agency where he worked for three years in between Fallon and Carmichael and Lynch.

Millennial Media picked up mobile analytics through Bango. Millennial will use Bango Analytics for its Decktrade platform to provide data on unique visitors responding to ad campaigns and other measurement and insight.

Pheedo opened an office in Chicago with two ad sales veterans. Thomas Kavooras, director of national accounts, was previously principal of relationship development at Integro. Vivian Busch, senior account executive, has 25 years experience in sales and marketing in the Chicago area and in broadcast buying, media planning, media management, and cross-platform advertising solutions. She was previously senior account executive at MWEB Digital Network.
