Execs & Accounts: Euro RSCG, Media Storm, HC&B Healthcare

Michael Fanuele becomes chief strategy officer at Euro RSCG New York; Joe Doyle joins HC&B Healthcare as interactive services director; Media Storm's Woerz to lead new interactive TV unit.
Euro RSCG New York promoted Michael Fanuele to chief strategy officer. He was previously managing director of strategy, supervising brand building for clients such as Kraft, Jaguar, and Heineken USA.
HC&B Healthcare Communications hired Joe Doyle as interactive services director. Doyle was partner and interactive strategist at Stalelife, an Austin-based agency.
Craig Woerz, managing partner of media agency Media Storm, will head up a new division. The Media Storm unit, focused on interactive television and video on demand, is called BOLT. It will deploy addressable advertising in television for clients like WE tv, Food Network and the MLB Network.
Web analytics firm iPerceptions hired Paul Robillard as VP, marketing. Robillard held similar roles at Fortsum Business Solutions and Accovia, an IT firm serving the travel industry.
