Range Opens in Big Apple; SicolaMartin Shuffles Team; Vegas.com Antes up with Coremetrics.

MDC Partners hired Brandon Berger as director of digital innovation. The provider of marketing communications services created the position for Berger, who was previously with OgilvyInteractive. Berger also co-founded the wireless technology company, WideRay, now called Qwikker.

Interactive agency Range Online Media opened a New York office and promoted former director and East Coast general manager JB Brokaw. The search marketing-focused agency secured an office on Madison Avenue in New York City, and promoted Brokaw to VP and east coast general manager.

Agency SicolaMartin reorganized its management team. The Austin-based advertising and marketing firm’s founding principal and CEO Tom Sicola transferred his role and responsibilities as president to co-founder Steve Martin. Martin was formerly SVP and executive creative director. In addition, Cherie Cox and Diane McKinnon have been named senior vice president/managing partners.

ComScore expanded its London office and opened a new office in Paris. The Internet metrics firm secured a marketing office in Paris, and moved to larger offices in Farringdon, England.

Kaboose appointed Dottie Enrico as publisher of Babyzone.com. The family-focused online media company hired Enrico away from a position as editorial director at Pearson’s Family Education Network.

Vegas.com selected Coremetrics to provide insight to optimize customer experience and sales.

JetSet Media joined SeeSaw Networks’s affiliates program. JetSet Media specializes in placing digital screens inside private aviation terminals, while SeeSaw manages a digital-signage affiliate network.
