Glam Media hires Scott Schiller as chief revenue officer; Interchange names a VP of engineering; MoreVisibility promotes one in client services.

Glam Media, a unique content and e-commerce play around women’s fashion, hired Scott Schiller as SVP and chief revenue officer. Among other executive sales posts in digital media, Schiller was SVP of Interactive Marketing at AOL and head of digital ad sales at the Walt Disney Internet Group. He was also a founder of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

Interchange, which owns Local.com, hired Lee Siegfried as VP of engineering. He was previously COO at Future Trade and VP of technology at DHL Worldwide Express.

Search marketing firm MoreVisibility promoted Molly Walker to client strategist. She was hired to the client relations team in October 2004.
