EyeWonder struck a deal to serve video ads on America Online’s ICQ instant messaging service. EyeWonder has a similar relationship with AOL’s Instant Messenger (AIM) platform. ICQ has approximately 16 million active users.

Jumpstart Digital Marketing promoted Jason Scoggins from VP of national ad sales to SVP of national ad sales. Additionally, Rob Bollinger made the move from director of dealer sales to SVP of the same division.

Forbes.com hired Albert Bozzo as director of video programming, reflecting the site’s commitment to video content and advertising. Bozzo was deputy managing editor at TheStreet.com, and he held editorial management and senior production roles at Bloomberg TV and CNN.

Mac-focused Web ad network BackBeat Media added Apple Matters to its roster of publishers. Its other sites include The Mac Observer, Think Secret and The Apple Blog

Dow Jones & Company promoted Judy Barry, The Wall Street Journal‘s VP of marketing and business development, to senior VP of sales and marketing for the newspaper. She replaces Scott Schulman, who moves up to the role of chief strategy officer for Dow Jones.
