SF Interactive hires David Blum; ContentNext names Navarre to West Coast sales job.

Entrepreneur and former Avenue A/Razorfish Managing Director David Blum will serve as the new executive director of SF Interactive, the digital marketing arm of Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners. Blum has held positions at Catapulse Software, as well as at Sapient Corporation, and founded marketing communications agency Tangible Studios.

Mike Navarre has joined the ContentNext site network, which includes PaidContent.org. Serving as the company’s new West Coast ad/sponsorship sales director, he will work out of LA. Previously, Navarre was sponsorship sales executive and VP, sales and marketing for events firm iHollywoodForum.

Audio and video streaming firm VitalStream Holdings, Inc. has opened an Amsterdam data center as part of its effort to expand overseas.
