Miller Brewing Company tapped Studiocom to develop online experiences and digital campaign creative for its beer brands. The assignment includes product sites and digital support for guerrilla campaigns.

Real Branding hired Kristian Schwartz as group account director and Greg Berman as media director. Schwartz joins from Avenue A/Razorfish, where he was client director on the Visa account. He did prior agency stints at Digitas and Saatchi & Saatchi. Berman joins from Beyond Interactive/Grey San Francisco, where he held several account and media management posts.

WhenU hired Jon DeGenarro to direct sales manager for WhenU. DeGenarro was most recently director of international sales for WhenU competitor Hotbar.

180solutions hired Mark Ippolito as VP of ad sales. Ippolito held executive posts with Getty Images, Corbis and Comstock.

TeamWarfare.com tapped Winstar to represent its inventory to national advertisers. The gaming-focused community site has approximately 15 million monthly uniques, the company said.

Beliefnet hired Yunki Kim as VP of marketing. Kim will manage Beliefnet’s email newsletters, dating site Soulmatch.com and BeliefnetGreetings. He was VP of analytic services for Vision Marketing, and held a similar post with HotSocket.

South African newspaper group Independent Online Ltd will use adInterax for rich media advertising on its site. The site combines content and classifieds form 14 national and regional newspapers.
