Klipmart re-hires co-founder Olliver; Michael Mayer moves to Aptimus.

Klipmart rehired co-founder Paul Olliver as managing director, a newly created position. Olliver was most recently a senior business development manager with Yahoo’s Overture in the U.K. Prior roles with Klipmart include business development director, head of client services and head of U.K. operations.

Michael Mayor has joined ad network Aptimus as SVP business development. Mayor was formerly president and COO of email firm NetCreations, which was acquired by ReturnPath in June, 2004.

International Data Group expanded its relationship with Tacoda. Its Computerworld.com property will use the behavioral targeting firm’s Audience Management Services platform. IDG’s InfoWorld and other sites are existing Tacoda customers.

Quigo Technologies hired two former eBay execs to its senior management team. Marty Abbott, eBay’s former SVP of technology, has been named Quigo’s COO. Abbott will oversee production, client services, engineering and product development. Michael Fisher, PayPal’s ex-VP of engineering and architecture, has been named CIO and VP of IT. Fisher will lead Quigo’s technical project management, quality assurance and IT departments.
